This ingenious and innovative solution from IDEM Safety Switches allows you to achieve up to Ple/Cat4 (ISO 13849-1) using just a single device - with no need for a separate relay. The PSA or MSA can be mounted to guard doors to provide and maintain a high level of functional safety without the need to connect to external safety evaluators.
MSA The MSA with its beautifully engineered Stainless Steel 316 body with mirror polished finish has been designed to fix to the guard door and provide a positively operated not easily defeatable interlock. The All-in-One design can be connected in series with other switches and E-Stops.
PSA Manufactured in a high specification polyester housing the PSA like the MSA has IP69K ingress protection. Both are available with single actuator or dual actuator sensing (for double doors) and can be supplied with 5m, 10m cable or with Quick Connect M12 fitting.
